"THE GOSPEL OF PEACE"
Intro. Paul has just declared that whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. He then asked but how can they call on Him if they do not believe in Him and how can they believe if they have never heard of Him and how can they hear of Him without someone preaching to them and how shall they preach unless they have been sent? Here you have the basis for the missionary endeavors of the church.
Paul then quoted:
ISA 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!
