"THE SPIRITUAL LAWS OF GOD"
Intro: God has established certain natural laws within our universe.
We learn to accept and obey them, though we do not understand how or why they function.
God has established certain spiritual laws, just as sure in cause and effect.
I. THE BENEFITS OF KEEPING GOD'S LAW vs. 3. "If you will. then I will."
A. Give you plenty. vs. 4,5.
B. Give you peace. vs. 6.
C. Give you protection. vs. 6.
D. Give you power. vs. 7,8.
E. Give you prosperity. vs. 9.
F. Give you provisions. vs. 10.
G. Give you my presence. vs. 11,12.
H. These are the very things man is seeking so desperately for today.
II. THE RESULTS OF VIOLATING GOD'S LAWS vs. 14,15.
A. Pestilence, vs. 16.
B. Sow in vain, enemies shall eat it. vs. 16.
C. Slain before their enemies. vs. 17.
D. Crop failure. vs. 19,20.
E. Plague of wild beast. vs. 22.
F. Sword and pestilence. vs. 25.
G. Frustration. vs. 26 "eat and not be satisfied."
H. Horror and desolation. vs. 29-31.
I. Dispersed throughout the world. vs. 33.
J. Preserved as a people. vs. 44.
III. WE MARVEL AT THE FAITHFULNESS OF GOD TO HIS WORD.
A. Just as He declared, He did.
1. When they obeyed God, their lives were happy, full and rich.
2. When they forsook the law of the Lord, calamity.
B. God has promised to bring them back to the land in the last days.
1. To rebuild the waste places. Eze. 36.
2. To plant and harvest. Isa. 27:6.
C. God has promised that coincident with this will be the return of Christ.
