James Street is the creator of WordBoard, a whiteboard animation project designed to teach the Bible in a simple and fun way through videos called "Boardies" and "Summaries" and images called "Snapboards."

James was formerly a youth pastor at Grace Bible Church in Bakersfield, California until ongoing medical problems forced him to step away and start ministering in other capacities like WordBoard. He graduated from the Master's University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Counseling and Biblical Languages. He then enrolled at the Master's Seminary and graduated in 2014 with a Master of Divinity and in 2015 with a Master of Theology in Old Testament studies. He currently lives in Santa Clarita, California and continues making videos for WordBoard while he gets back on his feet.

Boardies are videos that address difficult to understand or commonly misunderstood passages in the Bible.

Summaries are videos that summarize books of the Bible or entire testaments.

CONTENT DISCLAIMER:

The Blue Letter Bible ministry and the BLB Institute hold to the historical, conservative Christian faith, which includes a firm belief in the inerrancy of Scripture. Since the text and audio content provided by BLB represent a range of evangelical traditions, all of the ideas and principles conveyed in the resource materials are not necessarily affirmed, in total, by this ministry.
