How Jesus Left the Earth and What He Does Today

The Ascension of Jesus and His Present Ministry as High Priest – Introduction

After Jesus rose from the dead He remained with His disciples for forty days teaching them things about the kingdom of God. At the end of the forty days He ascended into heaven. There He remains today as our Great High Priest interceding, or pleading the case, for believers.

This section of our book looks at Jesus’ ascension as well as His present ministry. We then complete this course by answering a number of common objections which people use to keep from becoming a Christian.
